The primary responsibilities of this role include managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciling daily financial transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely and accurate inventory reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management techniques, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is recommened, and experience in a similar role is preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Classify daily banking transactions Maintains accurate transaction records by verifying and reconciling banking transactions.
Reconcile employee credit card receipts and work with employees and management to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Create invoices Receive and classify inventory Review and analyze inventory quantities and margins.
Conduct research regarding cost analysis and profitability; present data and cost options and recommendations to management.
Prepares financial reports; including project profitability reports, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
Support and assist other team staff and departments.
Job Requirements Ability to research, compile, analyze, and interpret data.
Knowledge of the agriculture industry is helpful but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong technology skills.
Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written communication.
Strong math and logic skills.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-3 years of accounting experience
